You know how oftentimes you look back on a year and think, “Where did the time go? Everything happened so fast.” This was not one of those years for me. I know where the time went. I was BUSY. Travelling multiple times a month on big trips like Hawaii, Alaska and Dominican Republic with “little” trips in between. I also moved houses…FOUR TIMES. Two of those moves were short-term rentals and one was our permanent relocation to Texas. All while working a full-time job. I honestly have a hard time wrapping my head around how we did it.
So let’s take a walk down memory lane at my highlights of 2022.
Celebrating my birthday in Hawaii.
Working remote from Mississippi.
The NFL Draft in Las Vegas.
Hiking and Camping in Minnesota.
Attending my cousin’s wedding in California.
Exploring Northern Michigan.
The roadtrip of a lifetime through Alaska.
Moving to Texas.
A luxurious stay in the Dominican Republic.
A quick trip to Miami.
Thanksgiving in Pittsburgh.
Ringing in the new year on Galveston Island.
And there were so many amazing moments in between. The time I spent with my family and friends, the struggles that helped me grow, the dog walks and driving ranges, the thrift store shopping trips, the musicals and sporting events, the hangovers and coffee runs. 2022 had it all!
